Can I order online yet?

Not just yet. You can explore our treat pages and build a quantity-based request box. This is a preview of Buttered Bakehouse. The final menu, pricing, payment and direct inquiry options will be added before orders open.

How far ahead should I book?

Lead times and availability will be published when ordering opens. For now, include your preferred date in your inquiry draft. A draft does not reserve a date.

Can you create something for my event?

Tell us the occasion, guest count, theme and budget in your inquiry draft. Custom options will depend on the final menu and availability.

What makes your baking different?

We bake with real butter, never margarine or oil in its place. Our cakes are made from scratch, not boxed mixes. We take pride in choosing high-quality ingredients and giving every bake the care it deserves.

What about food allergies?

Specific ingredients, dietary options and cross-contact information will be confirmed with the final menu. Never assume an item is allergen-free based on its name or photograph.

Do you offer pickup, delivery or shipping?

Pickup and local delivery are arranged individually. Shipping is available for selected treats; tell us your destination and preferred arrival date. Eligible items, fees and timing are confirmed before payment. Cake-kit shipping is still in development.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?

Payment, deposit, changes and cancellation terms will be provided before orders are accepted. This preview does not collect payments.
